Friday's Letters

Dear Google Chrome,
You know what I love most about you? I can visit random websites on my iPhone in the evening, and then the next day I can easily access those same sites on my work computer! I'm sure some people find that creepy, but I am a Google lover through & through.

Dear Self,
Today is International Women's Day. I am again reminded of how incredibly lucky I am to live in a country (and in a generation) that allows me to work outside the home in a job that I love, make decisions for with my husband, and confidently know that my future daughters can truly be whatever they want to be. Hallelujah!

Dear Salad (that I have eaten every day for lunch this whole entire week),

You are delicious. I never knew that garbanzo & black beans on lettuce could be so tasty, but you are. Thanks (probably) to you, I'm even down a few pounds! I'll keep having you for lunch if you keep showing such me great results on the scale. Thanks :)

Dear Warm Weather,

I so desperately wish that you'd make an appearance soon. Rumor has it that Sunday's supposed to be in the mid-50s. I'll take it without complaining too much, but I'd really prefer 75. Please and thank you!

Dear Blogging,

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I really enjoy writing and even though hardly anyone reads this, I think it'll be worth it to be able to look back on these posts a few years from now.
