Celebrating an anniversary (& a blogiversary)!

I started this blog about a year ago (on June 1, 2012, to be exact!) and cannot believe where that year has taken me! In the past 365 days....

• I traveled to Las Vegas (for the first time!) for a professional conference
• I visited Charleston and Hilton Head Island last summer with my hubby & in-laws
• We moved from Providence, RI to Rochester, NY and started an entirely new adventure!
• I developed a nasty case of baby fever
• We spend a weekend in Niagara Falls (for the first time in years!)
• We bought our first house and will be moving sometime this month
• We found out that we're expecting our first baby, due in November!

It was a big year for us, but as year 2 of blogging begins, there's a lot of stuff still to come! 

Today, Sean & I are celebrating our second wedding annivesary. It's impossible for me to believe that it's been two years since we said "I do," but I can honestly say that I am more in love with him now than I was then (which wedding-day me wouldn't have believed). 

Last year, I wrote about celebrating a year of marriage and described the gift that I gave to him - a leather-bound book for us to document each anniversary celebration for the duration of our life together. Our plans for tonight are pretty laid-back (we plan to exchange cards and then go to dinner at PF Chang's - yummm) and not particularly romantic, but if there's one thing I have learned over the past two years, it's that sometimes that simplest things are the most meaningful. We're good at simple :)
