A Night on the Town
For the first time ever, Sean & I are working in the same city. And because our schedules are similar on Mondays and Fridays, we're able to carpool to work. (It may not seem like a big deal, but to us, both of these facts are quite thrilling.) After work yesterday, I picked up Sean and we met our good friends, M & L, for a drink and dinner. We went to Selena's Mexican Restaurant in the Village Gate (such a cool part of the city, and very near the theatre, which is just about my favorite place in all of Rochester)! We're still in shock at the low prices, so we each enjoyed a $6 (!!!) margarita made sans sour mix (so they were absolutely delicious) and a tasty Mexican dinner.
The apartment hunt is still in full force, but after our night on the town last night, we realized how much we enjoy some of the artsy neighborhoods in the city and may target our search to be more urban than we originally planned. Only time will tell, but we're looking forward to having a place to call home!
