Welcome, New Followers!

Today, I am THRILLED to be participating in the Friday Chaos Blog Hop as a co-host! Soooooo.... I wanted say a big HELLO! to new visitors/followers and tell you a little about myself & this blog!

I am married to my sweetheart of 7 years (our wedding was in June 2011) and am originally from the Rochester, NY area. We moved to Rhode Island and lived there for almost 4 years but moved back home this past fall. We feel grateful and blessed to be living closer to our families and to be "rediscovering" home after some time away.

We are homebodies who love our cat & dog and often prefer to stay in on a Friday or Saturday! We are in the midst of "baby talks" (hopefully having them sooner rather than later!) and look forward to becoming parents.

I'm a career counselor and my hubby is a researcher. We are on opposite ends of the personality spectrum but, as they say, opposites attract!

I love my life, and I hope you join me as a document the best (and worst) of it.
