Our Little Secret
Dear baby,
You will only be a secret for a little while longer. Today, I am about 11.5 weeks pregnant. Shortly after I tell my boss (which will happen soon) I plan to share the information with the rest of my close friends and then make the "big announcement" via Facebook. Right now, a select few are aware of you - our immediate families and our closest friends - but in a few weeks' time, you will no longer be our secret. As excited as I am to share the news (and I am SO excited!), I am a little sad that I won't be able to keep you to myself anymore. I suppose this is one of my first "mom tests" - learning how to let go of you a little bit already.
It's harder than I thought it would be!
